For a service contract concluded at a distance with a consumer, a fourteen-day period applies from the conclusion of the contract, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

The loss of the right of withdrawal can only occur under the conditions provided by law, in particular after express consent to the start and acknowledgment of its consequences.

The request must be sent from the MarwaBox public contact channel with the order address, order reference, and the service concerned. No card number or secret must be communicated.

When a refund is due, it is issued using the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe, unless expressly agreed otherwise for a different method at no extra cost.
