General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions govern the subscription to MarwaBox paid plans.

1. Plans and pricing

MarwaBox offers three plans: Starter (29 €/month), Business (59 €/month), and Premium (99 €/month). Prices are indicated in euros. VAT is not applicable and no intra-community VAT number is assigned. Annual billing is available with a discount.

2. Subscription and payment

Subscription is carried out online. Payment is due upon ordering, monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.

3. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription is tacitly renewed at each due date. The user may cancel at any time from their account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refunds are due.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the user has a right of withdrawal of 14 days, unless immediate execution of the service is expressly requested.

5. Complaints

Any complaint may be sent to support@marwabox.com, which undertakes to respond within a reasonable time.
