MarwaBox provides a set of tools (professional website, booking calendar, e-commerce shop, business kits) allowing you to launch and manage an online activity without technical skills.

Registration with MarwaBox implies full and complete acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating their account.

Access to features depends on the chosen plan (Starter, Business, or Premium). MarwaBox reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

MarwaBox provides digital services. The user remains responsible for the content she publishes and for the compliance of her activity with applicable regulations.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the district of MarwaBox's registered office.
