For a service contract concluded remotely with a consumer, a period of fourteen days applies from the conclusion of the contract, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

The loss of the right of withdrawal can only occur under the conditions provided by law, in particular after express consent to start the service and acknowledgement of the consequences thereof.

The request must be sent via the MarwaBox public contact channel with the order address, order reference, and the service concerned. No card number or secret must be communicated.

When a refund is due, it is made using the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe, unless express agreement is given for another method at no extra cost.
