These conditions govern the subscription to MarwaBox paid plans.

1. Plans and pricing

MarwaBox offers three plans: Starter (29 €/month), Business (59 €/month) and Premium (99 €/month). Prices are indicated in euros. VAT is not applicable and no intracommunity VAT number is assigned. Annual billing is available with a discount.

2. Subscription and payment

Subscription is done online. Payment is due at the time of order, monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.

3. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription is tacitly renewed at each term. The user can cancel at any time from their account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is due.

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the user has a right of withdrawal of 14 days, unless immediate performance of the service has been expressly requested.

Any complaint may be addressed to support@marwabox.com, which undertakes to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
