MarwaBox provides a set of tools (professional website, booking calendar, e-commerce shop, business kits) allowing users to launch and manage an online business without technical skills.

Registration with MarwaBox implies full and complete acceptance of these terms. The user agrees to provide accurate information when creating their account.

Access to features depends on the plan subscribed to (Starter, Business or Premium). MarwaBox reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

MarwaBox provides digital services. The user remains responsible for the content they publish and for the compliance of their activity with applicable regulations.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the area where MarwaBox's registered office is located.
